Since his childhood in the 1960’s, Frank Chu has been the star of a reality TV show called “The Richest Family”. It was filmed in secret by 20th Century Fox and CIA Universal Studios using invisible cameras on scientific frequencies. Although his TV show was the most popular broadcast across 80 Galaxies, Frank never saw a penny in royalties.
The guilty civilizations were able to hide the truth until 1982 when The United Nations Presidents and the Soviet Presidents (including Lenin) used extra-sensory perception to plant true thoughts in his mind. From them he learned that murderous rapists from the 12 Galaxies have been embezzling his royalty checks. He’s owed around $3.5 Billion for being a movie star, possibly as much as $200 Billion when you account for all the crimes and impeachments. The UN Presidents or Soviet Presidents routinely guide Frank’s actions, and sometimes even use telepathy inventions to help Frank improve his bowling game.
The guilty populations of 12 Galaxies are an advanced society with flying saucers, taller buildings, and bigger concerts than Earth’s automobile society. They are a rocket society of space vacations and perverted orgies. The guilty populations are led by presidents of 12 Galaxies, including former US Presidents who were resurrected in top-secret. Duplicates were made of Thomas Jefferson, Grover Cleavland, Bill Clinton, George Bush, and others. They are guilty of war crimes, attempted murders, rapes, and grand theft of Frank’s royalties. They should all be impeached. The 13th Galaxy and above are innocent parties, as are Jimmy Carter, Barack Obama, and Hillary Clinton (although Bill and duplicates of him are definitely guilty and should be impeached).
Since learning this information, Frank has faced obstacles and discrimination beyond measure. The 12 Galaxy employs second-salary KGB and Oakland Police to discriminate and disrupt his attempts to get a normal job. Using CIA technology the 12 Galaxies sometimes brainwash Frank, turning him into The Sleepwalker. It’s like total amnesia, they can make their victims disappear into thin air and become sleepwalkers, and those victims can still be raped while in that state.
The 1000 galaxies are waging a successful campaign against the 12 Galaxies, and they have already made 40 billion arrests and executions of former presidents from the White House. However, the populations of 12 Galaxies can disappear into thin air, as mentioned above, and take on the identity of celebrities, police, or Mr. and Mrs. Universe. They can also teleport through mirrors and induce laryngitis and other maladies using extra-sensory telepathy.
When the 12 Galaxies are finally brought to justice, Frank will use the royalty money to tour the 1000 Galaxies, Millions Galaxies, and maybe even the Populations of infinites (if that’s possible). But he will return to visit the UN Presidents and their Friends here on the 1st Planet.
